We liked the staff service primarily as they were quick and warm... Breakfast spread was awesome and evening hi tea along with infinity pool was a good experience...
With respect to room, the size of wardrobe can be improved and hair dryer needs a change as it is vibrating a lot.... Power cut was there which is understandable as it's hill station but every time to restart the movie we watched TV after power cut was a slight annoy... This is not having any impact on eating. My main concern was Drivers accommodation as there was no blanket, water for my driver... This could have been made better... Already they are staying at the bottom, on top of it no signal which is understandable but basics like blanket needs to be provided for complete stay and not make driver to request and wait for it.. first day he couldnt sleep as there was no blanket... Water is mandatory... That is basic....
