I booked a balcony room, and the view was absolutely amazing, with beautiful mountains and clouds surrounding the property. The location is a bit far from the main market area. There are no nearby restaurants, although the hotel does offer meals with limited menu options.
The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and quality. Since there are no restaurants nearby, it would be helpful if the hotel offered a wider range of meal options for guests.

Location
Difficult to get in to rooms for Elders and handicapped as there is no elevator lift.

Location is excellent.staff is super professional and eager to help.
We had to request for a hair dryer, hot water etc pen and notepad was missing .. normally I've seen hotels having blow dryer ,notepad pen ,kettle with milk powder and coffee sachets.. here I'm not sure what the idea is- when we asked we got hair dryer,hot water in flask and coffee in the morning..
