Very happy. Awesome host, flexible and polite. The flat is functional and has everything that's needed.

The accommodation is comfortable, but a little bit dark. The sunlight doesn't really come in during the day.

The apartment was in a very convenient location in a nice area. We always felt very safe walking from the metro at night. There was quick access into the city centre and also a station for the direct train to Sintra just 10 minutes walk away. The apartment block was much nicer than I had expected from the online photographs. The hosts were amazing. They were very patient and helpful following our flight cancellation and subsequent delays. Rodrigo who met us at the apartment couldn’t have been more helpful and provided us with a lot of tips for exploring Lisbon.

tea, coffee etc could have been provided as there was a kitchen. bathroom basic.

The forniture was new and everything was designed and organized well.

Heating system. I know it’s common in portugal, but managing the heating stoves was a bit of a hassle.

It is a reasonable alternative to a stay in a hotel in the same price category. The apartment is clean, stylishly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. A metro station is nearby, therefore the connection to the city center as well as to the airport is easy. It can be recommended even for singles. Some of the reviewers criticize the small shower cabin, but it is acceptable. Communication with the manger was easy.

Some minor criticism: Although the check-in time was agreed with the manager, the apartment was not ready, though it was made quickly upon arrival of the guest. There were problems with the heaters (electrical and the gas ones) which were reported to the manager and hopefully will be fixed. Therefore, it is recommended to check their functionality by the check-in (of course not relevant in the summer time).
