The staff were helpful and kind mostly, bed comfortable, fast service
The food could have been better for the price, and the room was a bit dusty

The area is not that great but if you want to be close to the airport it helps.

I liked the lay out of the room
A few items where damaged. The table was broken and unstable which I reported. The towel rack in the shower room was weak and actually fell down.
We waited a while for room service. I ordered a chicken / meat pitta bread meal for lunch. It came with toast, there was no transparency about the pitta bread not being available it still cost the actual price which was 30 euros. Staff didn’t have a pleasant attitude about making it right
