Only security control is fine...
Not glean at , old furniture with smell in room,service and stuff in bar not polite, so slow and not professional...

I had issues with my room - the hotel people moved me straight away to a better room.
I had issues with a taxi driver ripping me off - the hotel people sorted out the issue straight away.
Room was great, hotel was great but the staff were exceptional

Location is good for fair. İfm just 1 min by walk. Room is big enough. Lobby restaurant have nice food. Bed is big and comfortable. Generally hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful.
Need renovation, furniture getting older. car park entrance have stairs. So uncomfortable for baby stroller.

Good location just next to the exhibition center.
Over all it's an ok hotel.
Breakfast was not so wow. The water pressure in the shower was slow.
Eating options are limited.

I just want mention something,
I reach the hotel by taxi, and the taxi driver droped me on wrong WOW HOTEL building its NOT THAT ONE that i had i my booking,
However i went to the reception i gived my passport and my daughter passport for check in, but the lady in the reception,she returned me the passport and she said ,GO TO OTHER BUILDINGS ITS NOT HER, i asked again please can you direct me,she said again GO THAT WAY in so rude way vey rude
I went to other building again same story.so rude not approachable at all,
All the reception in that WOW HOTELS need to learn WHAT DOES IT MEAN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Unfortunately they don’t have a customer service they are very far from it.

The price inside the booking was different from the hotel price. 😡
I booked a hotel with breakfast, but the hotel announced that it was without breakfast.

Very easy access to the expo center just a walking distance
Rooms are fine. Breakfast was fine. Friendly staff but sadly no amor almost no English so u der standing is a problem.
Sadly not all staff do speak English so understanding is a problem sometimes but it worked out well.

It's an old hotel.
Shower was in bad condition.

Everything was perfect. We were delighted with the room layout and speed of the elevator. It was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly.
Our taxi left us in front of a wrong WOW Istanbul hotel (the one 50 meters away) and the staff od that hotel were extremely rude to us, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the Wow Airport hotel and their amazing and friendly staff.

I liked the size of the rooms. The cleanliness of the entire room. The staff understood English and satisfied my needs without errors. The breakfast was well planned too, with a good selection of hot and cold foods and cereals.
I did not like the fact that it would take 40 minutes at least to get to the old town for shopping, and for me personally, it would be too tiring for an evening out. Nevertheless, this trip was strictly for business and that is exactly why I chose the WOW Airport Hotel.
