Warm welcome on arrival, place was spotlessly clean. Quality ran throughout, from bedding, towels, fridge in room, biscuits etc. Breakfast was also excellent and very well presented. Great location for town and railway station, both only a short walk. All in all an excellent choice of accomodation if in this area.

An absolutely lovely B&B, with excellent, clean and comfortable bedroom. The shower and bedding were excellent and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. The owner is attentive and always up for a chat and I’m sure will let you see her little dog if you’re nice.

Nice location for Appleby town and the place was nice and clean and tidy. Rooms very nice, comfy bed and well appointed with a nice shower and great towels. Host was very welcoming and I was able to store my bike in a locked shed. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful to the point I couldn't eat it all! Loads of options for juice, cereals etc as well.

I had such a lovely stay! Fiona was incredibly welcoming and accommodating and made me feel right at home. The room was cosy and comfortable, with great facilities, and the breakfast was absolutely brilliant. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the town square, while the surroundings were beautifully picturesque. I’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend!
