Reka is an excellent host. Very friendly to chat to and obviously loves her city. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the apartment and suburb. The proximity to the metro made it easy to navigate Milan but walkability less so.
Charges extra for using air-conditioning if using overnight. Given the hot Milanese summer a fan in the would have greatly helped with the humidity and lack of air flow in the room.

Beautiful design. The bed, bedsheets, and blanket are high quality, and both the room and bathroom are very clean. The host is kind and helpful, and the location feels safe even when returning to the hotel at night.
The corridors are nicely decorated, but unfortunately the lights are not kept on at all times. The lighting is motion-activated, so it only turns on while you are walking in the corridor. This makes the corridor feel a bit dark, especially at night when going to the restroom.
