Four nights stay un a very comfy, well located hotel. A little dated, but in good condition, everythinh working. The best is the breakfast, not only for the variety and quality of the food but also for the girls in charge, they we're very nice and provided and excellent service. Three thumbs up to them

Personnel of the hotel compensating the old look and small rooms. Hotel is clean, very conveniently located near transports. Outstanding and nice staff and great breakfast. The rooms would need more lighting and the beds arents very comfortable.

Good connections to Metrò. Staff all very friendly. Breakfast views on terrace must be great in summer not so much January. Kettle in room but no tea or coffee. Shower in the evening luke warm but hot in the mornings. Slept well even though the metro runs very close. Room 201 smaller than I would have expected but slept well even with the metro noise.

Nice small hotel, good connection with Metro. A family of four could share one room. Nice breakfast buffet on the roof top. A bit annoying noice from the train passing by in the street quite frequently (also in the night....)

Good location, very clean an modern inside. When you try to walk in you just do not see the entrance. There is a curvy stairs way to the basement but no signs. Also an elevator just to take you the basement but again, no signs. We were walking around the corner and back trying to figure out the entrance. Our room looked great and had everything they promise. Except that there is a noice right outside the window, you do not see it but sounds like a clock. We spent two nights there and had to sleep with our EarPods on.

Located slightly outside the busier tourist areas, the Hotel Metro is a hidden gem full of character. The rooms are clean and charming and the staff is attentive and friendly. The unique steps to get down to the reception area set the tone for an experience that one would not get with a chain hotel. The rooftop breakfast area is a beautiful way to start the day and the lobby bar is a great place to end the day. Highly recommended!

The location and service are OK. Noise from underground was not big. However, we got Room 308 which appears to be beneath the 4/F restaurant and it got noisy in the morning.

The locations is quite amazing, close mo many shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. My favorite were the three ladies from the breakfast area, shout out to them for providing an outstanding service and making our stay very enjoyable. We looked forward going for breakfast because the food was good but the service was even better. For this reason I would stay again at this hotel.

I loved this place! the included breakfast was so much more than I ever could have anticipated and in a beautiful rooftop location. The room was perfect for three people each having their own bed. I wasn’t expecting a huge room but it had everything we needed! One of the best parts was the staff. they were all so kind and informative. Highly recommend this place!

I only didn’t like was the noise. We can’t sleep. The people throw the doors. Speaking loudly. And you can hear everything!!!. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast amazing on the roof!!! I love it!

The room looks nice, the overall building is not very sound proof where you could hear doors and walking the whole night. Also everytime a tram passes by the hotel it was also very noticable. The rest was oké but not the best.

Hotel located in a building with bad acoustics inside (water flush rooms above/doors slamming/elevator/gears found down the stairs), we took part of the life inside the building 😂 and a lot of noise coming from the outside. The Windows were shaking every time the tram passed, cars, ambulances ect. The room was in street level, perhaps it is better on higher floors. I woke up several times every night, in the morning the cleaning lady contributed already at 7 o’clock 😂 Apart from that: good location close to restaurants and Metro, food store nearby. Very nice and friendly staff, really good breakfast on the rooftop. No garden or outside space to sit in a shadow, which I was missing coming back from the heat of the city streets. Room a bit outdated, not very cozy but clean. Good bed, ok shower. Overall, I would say the hotel is overpriced, it is rated with 3 stars but due to the lack of night rest due to the all the noise I will rate it to be 2 star only :(

Deceiving from the outside, the inside is very cosy, clean and comfortable. Could have done with some touch-ups here and there ie. paintwork and wallpaper edges but fine otherwise. Quite a walk from town so would recommend using the Metro if going to and from Milan centre, or tram - which does run outside so a little noise when they passed, didn’t last long however. We were checked-in by a petite silver haired lady who was so friendly, funny and helpful. On check-out there were different staff so her friendliness on arrival really made a difference. Overall nice, and complimentary breakfast included in our stay was a nice bonus.

It is a very decent hotel. My family and I stayed for one night. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and breakfast was included and very good by the way. The staff at breakfast is a very nice lady who made us delicious Italian coffee.

The hotel is located right on top of the subway station. We didn’t sleep at all during our stay bc of how noisy it was - both from the trains and noise from the hotel. We heard every person coming in and out. We had issues with our air con and requested extra towels. Any concern we had was responded to with “but this is Milan!” We are from a big metro city as well and don’t experience this lack of service - would not recommend

Hotel Metro was conveniently located just a short walk from the train station. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and the service was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We felt very comfortable at this hotel run by a nice family, the lady prepares great breakfasts and one of the bests Cappuccino!!! But you can also ask for eggs or e.g. toast at the breakfast - she'll cook it for you and fast! The room was clean, big enough and with comfortable bed. We had a great view at the theatre. We also appriciated the quality of the towels, gel douche, body lotion etc. The kettle at the room was a great idea too! It's close to the metro, some shops and the best gelateria "Marghera" (but this one was close till 4.2.22). We liked it so much so we'll come with our family members next time.

Hotel Metro was Amazing. the location is wonderful. a quiet area of Milan, 10 minutes to the Doumo with the Tram. Wagner metro station is near by. the area is quiet and safe, full of coffees, bars and restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and more. the hotel itself was great - quiet, clean, feels like a home when you're travelling, the staff is great and doing is best to help you when you need help, great breakfast at the roof of the hotel, at the 4th floor with amazing breeze, and really an outstanding value for money. highly recommended, and I will be coming back to it again for sure in my next visits in Milan. Thank you very much for a great week!

The hotel was comfortable, however, I had requested a quiet room. I got a message that they have made the necessary arrangements. I went to bed and i ahd a terrible night as i was given the worst possible room (it was on the ground floor, overlooking at the street and you could here the loud tram pass by every 5 minutes. They gave me a new room at 1am after I went and complained, but I lost 2 hours of sleep trying to fall asleep and changing rooms.
