Perfetto

Struttura molto pulita, caffè in camera, colazione buona, staff molto gentile, Wi-Fi non super ma ok! Buona posizione, a 5 min a piedi dal traghetto per Fort Cochi e 10 min di tuktuk dalla stazione ferroviaria. Top il pagamento online diretto tramite booking (la maggior parte degli hotel in India vuole il pagamento cash).

Very bad experience will never recommend for a family stay

Other than the prime location of the hotel there is nothing good to like about it. 1 The size of the room was very small, 2.bedsheet was full of boblings 3.They made a single bed out of 2 single mattress and while sleeping it separates and make the sleep uncomfortable. 4.The mirror in bathroom was so bad to see your face. 5.No refrigerator in the room 6. No balcony but a window with broken curtain . 7.Also the cleaning were sitting near the reception Nad staring at check in guests n making comments in hindi which really gives a bad impression about a hotel

Good place in Ernakulam

Perfect location in Ernakulam close to everything you need.

Slow wi-fi in the room. Emails, where hotel ask you to pay the part of the payment price in advance using indian service, are annoying. Got a bunch of that emails, and they didn't answer me at all, cause the problem was is that impossible to pay it using european cards.

The hotel is relatively decent and alright value for money plus location is quite convenient right near Marine Drive. Staff was nice and helpful, even organised a taxi for us from the airport and were smiley and responsive during our stay, which made our stay more pleasant.

The pictures on booking.com are somewhat out of date and probably from when it first opened. The rooms have def seen better days and there is a fair bit of general wear and tear. It gives a bit of a shaby feel, but with that said, given the price and the location, it is fine for a short stay. One annoying thing was with that non-stop music coming from the lift. We were staying in one of the rooms right opposite the lift doors and it never ever stops and it is so loud, you can clearly hear it from the bed all night and all day. We eventually got used to it, but it would be a good idea to dial it down significantly, nobody really cares that much for some lift music on their 20 second journeys up and down.

I loved everything. It is the second time I have arranged this hotel for stay and I would recommand this to all my friends who are coming to ernakulam. Super awesome hotel. Good food. Exceptionally good staff. Absolutely clean. Just awesome

Overall stay was good.

The reception was good, and the rooms were clean and supplied mineral water. The free buffet breakfast served was good and I would rate the Hotel overall the stay was good

The only problem is that the Cable Tv channels were not adequate, and most of the popular Hindi or English News were absent and on request, they added one channel only. They need to take care of this which is very important for a tourist.

Overall, a decent option to stay.

Friendly staff. Decent location.

No restaurant. Safe place. But, I found it slightly more expensive than similar places nearby in the same location.

Better than expected

The room was good and the stay was comfortable. The Breakfast was simple and tasty

The location of the Hotel is on a busy road. But two of the roads connecting the Hotel allowed only "One way traffic" necessitating circuitous journey.

A great and affordable hotel in the heart of Kochi

I liked the staff and the location and the feeling of the place. I loved the bed and the quite and the feeling of safety inside this hotel. I liked the room in general. It is safe for families, and I highly recommend them, especially because the included breakfast is just amazing. It is an open buffet with south indian dishes and also cosmopolitan cusine.

I think the shower only runs on cold water, but there is the option of showering in bucket with hot and cold water. I is not a big issue if you are used to buckets I guess. Also, although there was ample amounts of shampoo/body soap, there was no toilet paper in the washroom. This means that the staff who are detailing the rooms are not very responsible.
