Trios is a hotel that provided me with exceptional hospitality. Situated at the heart of the cochin city. Easy access to metro. Cabs available anytime. Good parking space. Clean and cozy rooms. The Best in the location and layout. Excellent food. Easy phone access to the reception and the restaurant. A very good hotel that provides 100% satisfaction to the budget spent. Easy access to a lot of visiting places. Complementary Buffet breakfast is really tasty. All food orders (based on trios menu card) available any time (lunch and dinner) in just a phone call distance. The food orders delivered to the room within a reasonable time.
You could advertise your menu (paid, not complementary) for lunch and dinner also. It's not listed in booking.com.

Excellent morning buffet and meals, especially the beef fried rice we had for lunch.
The room features a massive wall to wall window, which effectively maximized the daytime light.
The staff weren't rude, but they weren't pleasant. But the checkout receptionist was wonderful and welcoming.
The room was smaller than expected.

The staff were very welcoming and very friendly, very nice people. The rooms were clean, great room food service, the location is great who wants to stay close to airport

Both the receptionists who are in the morning duty are really nice and supportive
