Buen sitio

Me alojé solo una noche ya que Kandy la visité de paso. La habitación estaba limpia y el baño también. Tienen el detalle de ponerte agua, un par de bolsitas de té y un hervidor. La ubicado es en la ladera de la montaña por lo que las vistas son preciosas. Si vas sola, como fue mi caso, y sales de noche asusta un poco ya que hay partes de la carretera que no están iluminadas.

Eine gute Unterkunft in Stadtnähe aber dennoch ruhig gelegen.

gute Lage, der Host ist sehr freundlich und zeigt einem beim Check-In gleich eine Abkürzung um in die Stadt zu kommen. Das Hotel liegt etwas erhöht, dafür hat man eine schöne Aussicht von der frei zugänglichen Dachterrasse. Die Klimaanlage hilft gut gegen die Hitze. Es ist sehr sauber

Qualità/prezzo ottimo

Stanza pulita, vista su Kandy panoramica, aria condizionata, prese adatta anche a spine europee. Proprietario è stato molto accogliente e gentile a trovarci un draiver per la mattina seguente alle 7. Ottimo Wi-Fi.

Non c'è insonorizzazione con i rumori esterni.

Perfect stay in Kandy

We had a lovely comfortable stay, the room was clean with an amazing view (incredible sunsets)! The location was perfect it was so peaceful a short 5mins out of the busy town. Shani was very welcoming, friendly and helped us get train tickets for the Ella train. Would highly recommend for a stay in Kandy :)

Widok z pokoju na panoramę miasta. Zestaw do parzenia herbaty i kawy w pokoju. Pomocny personel. Możliwość śniadania po wcześniejszym zakomunikowaniu. Bardzo urozmaicone i dobre. Szybkie dojście do centrum skrótem. Czysto i schludnie.

stunning views from the balcony, owner was really helpful, good price, close to the centre , comfortable bed

not the properties fault but the temple played a very loud noise for 20 mins at 5am and then the owner of the building next door started construction about 7am

Super, absolut zu empfehlen. Zentral und sauber.

Das Personal hat uns geholfen Zugtickets zu bekommen und war sehr freundlich. Vor Ort konnten wir auch Tickets für die Tanzshow kaufen. Sie haben uns alles sehr lieb erklärt und sich um alles gekümmert. Der Blick über die Stadt ist super und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten gemütlich!

Dadurch, dass die Unterkunft den wunderschönen Blick hat, liegt sie auch etwas erhöht über der Stadt, was widerum dazu führt, dass man die Geräusche der Stadt wie das Hunde bellen etwas besser hört.

Super Ausgangslage für einen Städtetrip!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Manager sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist für einen kurzen Städtetrip sehr gut geeignet. Zum City Centre sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Min, den Stadtsee erreicht man nach ca. 5 Min.

Excellent. B est sleep

Very clean facility and room. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best sleeps of the trip. I was cool and was promptly provided with a blanket. There is a covered rooftop with a nice view.

Lovely view from balcony. Comfortable spacious room with good aircon. Great hosts who helped us secure last minute reserved tickets for train to Ella. Good location to Kandy centre.

Netter Gastgeber, gute Lage des Hotels,und die Unterkunft war sauber.

Die Aufteilung Bad/Dusche und WC war nicht optimal, Zimmer sehr spartanisch eingerichtet bedingt durch die sehr kleine Zimmergrösse.

l’emplacement très pratique et proche du centre ville, l’accès facile à l’établissement, la vue depuis notre chambre sur Kandy et le Buddha blanc, la propreté impeccable de la chambre et des espaces commun, la gentillesse du personnel et l’accueil en général, le petit déjeuner traditionnel.

Would like to come back.

The house owner’s family was very nice and would like to offer help. There is a balcony with very good view. The location is super convenient, 10 minutes walk to KCC and temple of tooth.

Leuke kamer met mooi uitzicht.

Mooie kamer met een geweldig balkon. Heel mooi uitzicht. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het stadscentrum. Aardige host en schone kamer.

Kamer ligt wat hoger dus het is best intensief om te heuvel op je kamer te bereiken. Er kwam bijna geen water uit de douche. Gelukkig wel warm water.

Lovely, welcoming, clean.

The staff were really lovely and attentive. The place was immaculate. It was a good location and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the centre you could easily walk in around 5-10 mins.

For the price you pay you couldn’t really expect anything more.

Perfect stay in Kandy

We only stayed one night but the accommodation was excellent. The room and bathroom were really clean and had everything we needed. The room was bigger than expected and we really enjoyed the view! Shani and her family were very kind and helpful. We needed to arrange transport to our next destination and they kindly helped us with this. There is a shortcut to the centre of Kandy which didn’t take long and tuk tuks were easy to get to and from.

Best place to stay

Very kind and helpful host, most clean homestay we have seen in Sri Lanka so far (within 2,5 weeks). Great view over Kandy, city/lake in walking distance (5-10 minutes). Customer care (query for towel replacement, anything else missing...). Each room had enough power sockets, even European ones. The whole family loved this place 😍

Great place to stay in Kandy!

Simple, clean and comfortable, located in the hills in Kandy city center. My room had an amazing view and the location is calm and peaceful. It a local family-owned business and they were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was tasty and served in the terrace. I felt very welcomed.

Superb

Located just over 1km from Kandy Railway Station with a great aerial view of Kandy Town. Communication and hospitality were really good and they were willing to go the extra mile to help even with arranging a taxi. Really comfy bed and clean bathroom. Recommended and would stay again.

There's a dining area (hotel doesn't do meals but can get delivered easily) on the rooftop with great views but it's not fully completed which is a wasted opportunity. Hope they can make it better. Also had a little difficulty getting hold of the staff as they are living downstairs. Maybe it was just a rush hour and not something common. Anyway just minor issues which I hope they would look into improving.

Excellent guesthouse owned by a lovely family

Very clean guesthouse in great (quiet but central) location. Owners were super helpful. Great toilet facilities with hot water showers and AC and fan equipped rooms.

Just the little hill to get to it. 10 minute walk tops from Kandy city centre.
