L’idea della casa sull’albero in mezzo agli alberi di frutta tropicale e la presenza di una simpatica scimmietta al mattino, colazione molto buona.

Logement atypique sur pilotis. Balcon agréable, jardin bien entretenu dont on peut disposer. Salle de douche spacieuse. Lits confortables et chambres propres. Bon rapport qualité/prix !
Nous avons été surpris par le fait que l’endroit n’est pas desservi par PickMe alors que nous sommes à 5min en tuktuk du centre du village (40 min à pied), nous passions donc par les hôtes pour avoir un tuktuk pour nos déplacements. Ceci n’était pas plus dérangeant que cela mais ce qu’il faut savoir, c’est qu’une fois la nuit tombée les tuktuk refusent de circuler dans cette rue car il y a eu récemment des incidents avec des éléphants sauvages (courant a Sigiriya mais ça a été compliqué de rentrer du centre vers le logement après un restaurant le soir par exemple).
La chambre économique n’est pas équipée de climatisation mais d’un ventilateur sur pied.
Nous n’avons pas été avertis que les jus de fruits pris au déjeuner étaient en supplément.
Pour finir, nous avons sentis comme une barrière avec nos hôtes à certains moments lorsque nous essayions de communiquer avec eux.
Ces détails n’empêchent pas que notre séjour y a été agréable.

They welcomed us with a fresh fruit juice, the room was tidy, a fan is provided in every room. The breakfast is amazing and the hosts are super attentive and polite. The family is very friendly and their children are adorable!! You will definitely see monkeys running around in the morning, birds singing and the temple pray every day while you sit on the balcony relaxing. 100% recommending this place!!!

The tree house itself was a very nice experience, nice garden.
You can orded dinner there for 1500 p.p, breakfast included in the price. Food was good, but the water bottle you get for breakfast isn't included in the price.
we were hosted by a family that seemded very warm and friendly at first, but after a while we had a feeling that they're not so nice anymore when you say no to something. They will offer their tuk tuk prices that are often higher than PickMe fares and they will seem offended if you refuse their servise and order transport on your own. They will say the tuk tuk doesn't come there and their service is better. The older woman will try to sell you a piece of cloth for 4-5k, where in other places you can have it for 2-2.5k.
No airco, but a fan. Very weak wifi connection, almost none. No glasses, no bathroom basic toiletteries. We had frogs and lizards in the room and bathroom from time to time. The location about 20-30 min walk from the centre. What I didn't like were the noises in the night. Wind, leaves and other stuff falling on the roof, animals, dogs, you can hear it all.
