A/C works great, beds are very comfortable, staff are very friendly. The breakfasts were delicious with a fantastic view.
There is a gap underneath the room door that allows bugs to come in. Make sure not to forget to turn off the lights when you leave, I made that mistake!

A wonderful view of Sigiriya Rock. Comfortable bed, great wifi, good air conditioning, great water pressure. The hosts are very hospitable. They even get up at 4am to take you to morning rock climbing. The price is reasonable. Short 10 minute walk to the restaurants on the walking street. Oh and The garden is beautiful.

We stayed four nights, and we had a large room, with a large bathroom, and an air conditioner that was strong enough to keep the room cold. Breakfast was homemade traditional Sri Lankan dishes, and each morning was something different. The best part was the hotel owner, he was very friendly, and really put in the effort to make sure our trip was great.
