About this house rental
Situated in Yachats, this attractive house for $295 per night is a great choice for your next break. Surfview is truly a special place. Ask any of our guests and they will tell you… about the VIEW! But that is not all they will tell you. Our home is comfortably furnished and thoughtfully appointed with all of the amenities that you could wish for while on vacation. Our oceanview kitchen is well stocked with cookware and appliances as well as spices and baking necessities. The kitchen is truly a joy to cook in. Relax and enjoy the view in either living room or family room. Each has it’s own large flatscreen TV which makes it comfortable for families with smaller children. We have a large wrap around deck perfect for grilling outdoors. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with (easy) private beach access just a 2 minute walk from the house. If grandma and grandpa don’t want to go to the beach, it’s not a problem as they can watch all of the happenings right from the comfort of our living room and family room windows. Enjoyed by families and couples alike, Surfview provides a quiet and relaxed beach experience for guests of all ages to enjoy. Our five star reviews say it all….

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay in this house. It was well appointed, had all the necessary kitchen tools for meals at home and was a cozy enclave at the end of the bay. Each day we were front row to the power of the ocean meeting the river as the high tide and waves came in so did all the big massive logs. It was very exciting. The location of the home is perfect also for walks into town and also across the bridge over to the rocky areas. We enjoyed ourselves greatly and will consider this house again in the future when we return to Yachats.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. And our dogs loved walking on the beach... their first time to the ocean. Weather was fantastic while we were there so spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view of the river and ocean. Hope to come back next year!

We were three generations with kids, parents and grandparents. Everyone found lots to do and see. The house is well equipped for cooking in, well located for eating out and sight seeing, and stocked with games, puzzles books, TV. Couldn't have ask for more! Thank you!

My mobility-challenged mother, brother, and myself all stayed for a long weekend. The house is lovely, well cared for and clean, and the best stocked rental home I've ever stayed in. Perfect for relaxing on the deck while enjoying the beautiful sea-view, walkable to town, and great beach access. We had a wonderful time! Also, after walking up the initial front steps, my mom found getting around inside the home easy, plenty of room to navigate a walker.

Our stay was great! We loved the quiet and lovely view of the river along with the ocean. The house was super clean, check-in and out were a breeze and all the furniture and beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental home. The location is superb granted you are just a minute or so from restaurants, shops and galleries. Would stay again for sure!

This was our second time at this house, which is spectacularly located on a beautiful protected cove. We brought the three grandkids this time and they loved it and played on the beach all day. This place has everything: gorgeous views of the beach through the picture windows, river + ocean access, set away from Hwy 101, but easy access to town - literally one minute by car. There is also hiking access right from the house (the Oregon Coast trail). And Yachats has some good restaurants if you don't want to cook.

I think the pictures advertising this property actually *under* sold this beautiful home. It was a spectacular place to stay in one of the most gorgeous areas of Oregon's stunning central coast. It was far more space than we needed, but we took in the lovely layout and views. The many natural wood bowls and decor added to the earthy feel of this home.

My friend loves to cook and he was thrilled with the set up of the kitchen and how well it was stocked for cooking. The house is walking distance to the beach and to the main street of Yachats, even for people with limited stamina. Yachats is a great little town with a surprising number of good restaurants, considering the size. The waves at Smelt Sands are not to be missed!
