Blissful, secluded and refreshing

The hotel was extremely peaceful and the outlook was wonderful. Also the dining was high quality and there was no need to go out. Eric, the manager, was very helpful in all respects.

Dining was very expensive, and the pool area needed a bit of an update.

Beautiful boutique hotel, exceeded our expectations, amazing service and food

The accommodation was much better than I expected. The service was outstanding food, amazing the staff, especially Eric the manager and Deva and his staff couldn’t do enough for us on our stay I’d highly recommend this boutique hotel. We will definitely be coming back again ❤️❤️

Totally relaxing stay away from the tourists in Nilaveli but only a 20 minute drive away. Left feeling relaxed, refreshe

The location - peaceful, on the beach, amazing sunrises The decor - modern yet traditional The staff - could not do more for you The pool - clean and cool (but not cold)

Outdoor area could be a little cleaner, but they are battling with the leaves and the birds.

This property is ideally located for activities and the beach. This place will not disappoint.

Honestly I cannot say enough about the staff at this already beautiful property. Eric and his team make your trip seamless whether it's organizing trip's or a TokTok to making you a gorgeous dinner on request. Eric's response is ALWAYS "Ofcourse everything is possible! No problem" On our last night there I requested Eric to organize our favorite meal for dinner and when we came downstairs he'd gone above and beyond by putting a table out on the terrace so we could watch the sunset and enjoy our fabulously cooked dinner. The property itself has gorgeous room's looking out onto the beach. One of the cleanest beaches in Nilaveli. The room we stayed in room 4 had a dreamy view. The property is very clean and maintained.

The most perfect stay in Nilaveli

- Hotel location : just in front of the sea and isolated - The helpfulness, kindness and efficiency of the whole staff (few examples: a scooter was rent for us at a very convenient price, really accomodations were found by the manager to take us back to Negombo after our stay, last dinner was set on the sand with torches, very accommodating on breakfast time and departure time ) - The quality of the rooms: partially open to the outside, you can watch the sunrise. - The impeccable cleanliness of the hotel and its rooms For sure we will come back if we travel to Sri Lanka in the future. Really the whole staff was amazing and our stay was perfect thanks to them! We recommand for sure!

Exceptional

Most beautiful location and place right on the Beach of Nilaveli that makes you feel home and welcome within a nano second. A real gem for the seeker of unspoiled beaches that don’t want to miss out on luxury and excellent food. Rooms are spacious, stylish, with ocean view and very comfy! Amazing, kind and very helpful hotel manager and staff. Delicious and big breakfast with fresh food & selection of different singhalese flavors/tastes. We were even made coconut roti for breakfast when stating we never had any. And it came just complementary! Also dinner is most enjoyable, not just the food but also sitting outside right by the beach. When asking about activities they were organized right away. As we had a bit of a journey ahead of us on the last day even a meal on the house was prepared, without us asking for it und and on the house.

wonderful place, wonderful people

- the manager and staff are the most helpful and friendly people. Eric was the best host, really making us feel at home and arranging all our activities and food - the food was simply amazing. Breakfast was local and surprising, and the two morning we were there they made something entirely different for us. The crab rice and curry for lunch was simply amazing and the pastas for dinner were also superb. - the place and view are breathtaking and so relaxing. the best place to relax yourself 😊 - the rooms are really clean, big and beautiful

Incredible stay in Nilaveli

The local team went above and beyond for us to make our stay as great as possible; eg organizing a BBQ at the bay and dinner on the beach. The food was amazing and creative. Also helping us out to try to find solutions for boat trips (Pigeon island, whale & dolphin watching) and this despite massive fuel shortage that the country is currently facing. Would highly recommend

Superb

The staff here were absolutely top notch. Very attentive and went above and beyond to assist wherever possible. Food was also great. Even in such troubling times for the country the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

We would like to thank the entire team once again for the super stay. We received a very friendly welcome, tours and taxis were arranged correctly. Even in this difficult time for the country, they do everything to give you the holiday of your dreams. They are very friendly and caring. Nothing is too much for them. Thanks for the great food, the atmosphere and the hospitality. We enjoyed it and wish you all the best for the future!

Nice hotel but too expensive.

C Beyond is a beautifully situated hotel. It has spacious air-conditioned rooms with beautiful ocean views. There were always water bottles, biscuits and tea / coffee making facilities in the room. There was a fridge in the room too. In the room (no. 2) we had a bathroom with a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfasts and other food were delicious. We rate the kitchen the highest. The service has always tried to make us feel good.

C beyond has basically three swimming pools. The first is the water reservoir that humidifies the air (between the ocean and the hotel) - therefore it is not allowed to enter. The second is small (next to the restaurant) and the third ... is "hidden" between the buildings. We only used the second (small) one because the third one was so dirty that we wouldn't have entered it even in the heat. We also used the "sunbeds" and umbrellas on the beach which C beyond made available ... these things also need to be refurbished / replaced. To sum up, the hotel needs to be refreshed - taking care of several issues, such as the swimming pool in the garden, equipment (the sunbeds are rusty). The signs that you can see when you want to get to the hotel are also spoiled ... they are old and ugly.

Kick back and relax.

Beautiful place to just kick back and chill. Staff were very helpful.

There's not much in the immediate area so you'll need to get a ride into Trincomolee if you want to do any sightseeing. A good place to rent a boat out to Pigeon Island for snorkeling though.

Relaxing beautiful location, and needs a few improvements

Beautiful quiet beach hotel, minimal rooms and no tourists nearby. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and accommodating. Relaxing stay.

Slightly limited dinner menu. Staff were friendly but a little inexperienced and needed promoting. For example, we didn’t receive any offer to help organise activities if we wished (compared to very accommodating homestays at a much lower rate). Beautiful location and beach, yet it is remote and you are reliant on the hotel organising transport at a higher price and no nearby other eateries. Also; lots of crows which was an annoyance.

Amazing!!

Everything was fantastic, we extended our stay and wanted to stay longer. The food was amazing and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Eric and the team went out of their way to make our stay perfect…We can’t wait to go back

Amazing hotel with outstanding stuff!

Amazing hotel with outstanding stuff! The hotel is located in a very beautiful surrounding with a brilliant view from the room which are beautifully decorated. We spent a lot of time on our own small balcony in front of our room. Due to a small reef there is almost no waves at the beach in front of the hotel. Thus, the beach is particularly well suited for small children (like our son, 3 years) to play in the water Many thanks again to the really great hotel stuff and service. Hopefully see you next time!

Exceptional

C-beyond is one of these places with a Waouh effect. First, the location is amazing : incredible view on the lagoon with pigeon island on the back, from our room, from the breakfast and dinner table, all the time. The hotel has a pool and a small private beach where you can swim and have dinner. With a tuk tuk or a motorbike you are only 5 to 10 minutes away from Nilaveli beach and its restaurants, 30 minutes from Trinquemaley. Then, the rooms are spacious and clean with a balcony where you can enjoy this amazing view. The staff has taken a good care of us, always available if you need anything, and very nice. The breakfast is also rich, with fruits, bread, jams, eggs, fruit juice and Sri Lankan food :)

Superb

Wonderful view out to the sea from our room. Best crap and vegetable curry we have eaten in Sri Lanka. Stylish rooms, you feel at home immediately. Great art by Laki all around in the compound. Friendly staff who keeps everything nice and simple.
