Location is perfect.
Getting into it, once you have done the online stuff is fine, but sorting the online stuff is not straight forward. The host was rude at times.

Amazing location next to the Arena and the Bra, Restaurants.
Nice big shower and toilet
There are no Staff so canniot give score.
Whole check in process is by internet.
You cannot enter building wothout internet,
Get a video to follow for room instructions but not easy to follow if not tech savvy... and very poor lighting on stairs and hallway.
Fell off step as did not see it.
Room is too hot, hard to sleep.

The room is in an amazing location right by the area. Lots to do and makes it a good base for walking around. The bed is very comfortable
There was no cutlery or plates in the kitchen area which was a bit strange. The air conditioning was locked so we could not use it when we got hot at night. The wifi also didn’t work.

Perfect place if you want to be close to everything
Not a perfect place it you want to be clean while you are there. There was no shower head or hose for my to have a shower for the four days I was there. I got in contact with the property and I am still waiting for a response. I ended up having to wash my hair in the sink and buying baby wipes to feel some bit clean. The WiFi that they sent me also was incorrect and was completely different to what was on the box in the room. I ended up having to connect to the hotel next door to save my data. The fridge was also not turned on and I don’t think it had been in awhile as there was a horrible smell from it so there was no way to keep bottles of water cool.
