good location close to arena walking distance from other sites and station. Good value and useful to have the kitchen and a little fridge in room. Clean and attractively furnished and felt safe. Instructions and access by key safe was easy.
The air con is central for the whole property, not controllable for the individual rooms. First night I was very hot and it seemed like there was no air con. My room looked out on a courtyard which had the air con outlets for the whole building so if you opened the window it was even worse. It was a bit cooler in the communal areas, but it didn't feel safe to leave my door open. I asked the lady at the desk (when she arrived in the morning) if it could be turned down. She told me to text a Whatsapp number and ask if it could be turned down. I did that and didn't get a reply but when I came back in the evening it did seem a bit cooler so I think it had probably been turned down a bit. Was still warmer than I would have liked but I slept much better

I slept like a baby here after I ran the Verona Half Marathon. Easily accessible via Booking message, and the host is also a sweet lady. There is a cheap supermarket nearby, and all the city main attractions are in walkable distance. Also, I really liked that there was a shared kitchen, especially pointing out the coffee machine as I cannot start a day without a coffee. Really glad I booked here while the Olympic Games were still on, as I had the possibility to watch a rehearsal of the Closing Ceremony which was nearby.
From what I can remember I think we had a problem of accessing the Wi-Fi, but because I carried a 4G package this didn't really bother me. Also some young lads were listening to some loud music the other day, but this is not the hostels fault, people should be aware of there actions sometimes. But it wasn't a bad music taste and I didn't mind young people having fun.

Good location, a bit of a walk to tourist areas but also far enough away to be quiet. The room was cozy, clean, and functional. The bathroom was also clean, and all the facilities (hot water, water pressure, toilet, sink) were good. Coffee in the small breakfast area was good, and a water dispenser was helpful. The staff I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful.
The room is a little small although enough for my needs, and the TV didn't work, which is a minor quibble. The mini fridge was unplugged and had a musty smell, although I didn't need to use it anyway. Luggage storage is provided, but it isn't locked away anywhere so anyone with access to the property had access to it. Granted, there are only a few rooms in the place so it's unlikely that something would happen, but it would've been nice. The property is set up to have minimal staff interaction, which wasn't a problem for me but may be for some.
