Great location and comfortable apartment . We were welcomed by the host and allowed into the apartment early to drop our luggage, which was great.
Had a washing machine, but no clothes airer to dry your clothes. As we were touring Italy, this was one of the reasons we booked this apartment.
A drying towel for dishes would have helped and breakfast bowls for fruit/cereal in the morning.

+ Location, very central, 3 mins walk from the arena and square, with several restaurants nearby and there is a grocery just outside the building. Well-lit, gated area so feels secured, too.
+ Decoration of the room. One reason why I booked it, different from many other accommodation I have stayed in.
+ Price was reasonable.
+ Property owner reasonable (please see below) and we reached a compromise on what to do.
- We had an unfortunate incident with the aircon. Utility men were there to fix it and we did see it is working. But after they left, the problem occurred again. We ended up not using it when we were going to sleep, which was not good timing because it was 35-40C in Verona then. The property owner was kind enough to acknowledge the situation and we had to shorten our stay. Thank you for that.

So comfy. Everything was excellent - felt like I was staying in a museum.
Nothing, difficult to find however I phoned them and a lovely lady came and found us and took us to the hotel so not complaining at all!!!
