The room wasn't what we were expecting. There was a window, but it was facing other buildings like a shaft. Thus the room was too warm and we were unable to turn the AC on.
Other point that was really unpleasant was the quality of the bed sheets: to noisy and uncomfortable (it wasn't cotton).
The location of the Hotel and the breakfast was really good though.

Hotel Mastino was a wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of Historic Verona. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The room was clean and the shower had amazing water pressure, which was fantastic!
Breakfast was absolutely amazing with a variety of food to choose from.
Absolutely enjoyed our stay!!
