Excellent location with a great view out the window. Good base to explore Verona on foot or by bus from the Piazza. Access to a shared fridge and coffee was also helpful. There is a supermarket very close by that is well stocked. The bathroom is across the hall and allocated to the specific room and accessed by key so it can be left unlocked or locked as you wish.
It was a little tricky to control the temperature on the shower. We also had an issue of water running freely from the cistern so the toilet would not flush. Thankfully this happened only on our last night so we managed with manual flushing as it was not possible to get anyone out to fix it same day. Hopefully the small plumbing issues will be fixed before the next guest however.

I loved the location it was perfect! Accommodation was excellent and I had 0 needs the whole time. Thank you for making Verona magical for me 🤍
The only thing that was a bit difficult was how the bathroom was separated but I made it work!

The apartment is extremely good located and everything was clean. It’s nothing luxurious but totally fine for a visit of the city. As a 29 year old person, visiting the Arena die Verona I would always recommend this place. I already checked for availability next year, but unfortunately it’s booked out, when I was planing to come back…
It’s very old-fashioned, but for this price nothing I really would dare to mention!

The location is good, very close to the Arena. The room we stayed in—the one with a private bathroom—was spacious.
When we arrived, we went straight to sleep to get some rest. After two hours, I went to the bathroom and saw that the toilet bowl had some dirty water inside and there were spots on the toilet seat. It looked like, after washing the floors, they had thrown the dirty water there and hadn’t cleaned it properly. This would have been fine—it happens—and we didn’t make a big issue out of it.
I kindly asked the owner if it would be possible to have it cleaned, but the answer we received was far from kind. The response was: “Nessun problema, domani posso mandare qualcuno ma sinceramente dirlo dopo 2 ore dall’arrivo…… (No problem, I can send someone tomorrow, but honestly, saying this after only two hours from your arrival…)”.
I explained that we hadn’t used the bathroom during the first hours and that I messaged them as soon as I noticed the issue. The host’s behavior was therefore very strange and rude.
Additionally, there was a restaurant under the building, and there was a constant frying smell in the room. Obviously, this is not the host’s fault, but it is important for future guests to be aware of it.
