Un sitio con unas vistas increíbles

Un gusto escuchar el mar tomandote algo en la terraza y ver el atardecer, por no hablar de escuchar el mar cuando vas a dormir o a despertar, un lujo.
El apartamento está bastante apañado, si buscas tranquilidad este es tu sitio. Zona de salón/comedor amplia y con la terracita q es una maravilla. Nosotros solo usamos la habitación grande pero dispone de otra pequeñita. En el baño hay una lavadora, a nosotros nos vino bien. Y ya por último la cocina, pequeña pero bastante práctica. La nevera es pequeña y de congelador solo un cajón, creo q se debe saber por aquello de organizarse con las comidas y el tiempo q se esté. No hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción, a nosotros no nos hizo falta; un día de humedad abrimos la terraza y la ventana de la cocina y hacia corriente, estuvimos agusto.
La playa de San Marcos la tienes cerca, nosotros bajamos a pie y hay un mini super. Para volver hay q subir la cuesta, no es una locura pero saberlo por si vais con gente mayor.
Por ponerle un pero: no pudimos abrir la puerta del balcón de la habitación grande, se quedaba pillada y no quisimos forzar; vimos q fuera había un tendedero y un armario. En la ducha, se sale el agua, tuvimos q poner toallas.
Nos tocó comprar champú y gel porque no había nada, además de bolsas de basura, frega platos y jabón de lavadora. Es cierto q estuvimos pocos días pero nos hacía falta. Una pena no poder hacer uso de la piscina, ojalá la habiliten para todos los vecinos.
El edificio está en obras pero nada peligroso, se nota q lo están reformando poco a poco. Al abrir la puerta del apartamento cuesta un pelin, pero es más maña q fuerza. Es necesario coche, hay una guagua q para cerquita pero de verdad q el coche facilita todo. No tuvimos mayor problema para aparcar.

Casa spaziosa con una vista meravigliosa che permette di godersi dei tramonti pazzeschi sull’oceano
Pulizia approssimativa: stoviglie sporche, asciugamani macchiati.
Poca acqua calda.
Serramenti con guarnizioni usurate e di conseguenza parecchio rumore.
Se imposti l’indirizzo su Google maps o Waze ti porta vicino alla spiaggia e non all’indirizzo corretto. Le foto del palazzo che ci ha invitato il proprietario hanno permesso di trovare la casa

The best thing about the apartment are the view and the location. The view overlooks the ocean (if you do not mind the noise) and the location is in a quiet area 10 min walk from a pebble beach. Parking places always available.
The apartment is ok but it needs a few minimal investments.
- The doors to the balcony in both rooms are difficult to close properly and wind gets in. In the main bedroom it shakes at night from the wind and we needed to adjust it with a piece of cardboard.
- The shower holder is not flexible and directed exactly to the shower door so that water gets our when opening. Mold spots in the shower as well
- The mattress on the double bed is too soft and old, hard to find a position to sleep
