The apartment was excellent and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, modern and extremely well equipped. The toiletries and little extras provided were probably the most extensive we have ever seen in an apartment/hotel, with so many thoughtful things provided for guests. The WiFi was also very fast and reliable throughout our stay.
The location was great for getting around Milan, with both the tram and metro very close by, making it really easy to get into the city centre. Having a 24-hour supermarket right outside the building was also incredibly convenient. Despite being in such a convenient location, the apartment was quiet and we had a very comfortable stay.
The only real issue was finding the property and getting into the building for the first time. The directions for accessing the property weren’t very clear, and we weren’t given enough information beforehand about exactly where to go or how to enter, so we had to figure it out ourselves. It was quite difficult to find initially, particularly as the property is within a larger building and isn’t immediately obvious from the outside. Clearer arrival and entry instructions would make the check-in experience much easier.

Upon arrival, we were greeted at the reception desk with a smile. After filling out a few quick forms, we were shown the way to our place.
The property was just right for my friend and I. It had a comfortable bed, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and the small touches (water and snacks) made the place feel like home. The metro stop was around the corner and about a 5 minute walk with easy access to the Duomo.
