Rural but convenient location.
Coming face to face with the local wildlife was a bit unexpected but added to the experience. Bold wee fellow sitting proudly at the top of the driveway!

Pleasant and quiet location, nice decor and bedding.
Enormous bed which didn't leave much spare room.
No kitchen sink to wash dishes. (Although host said to leave them and she would wash them).

Quiet and peaceful, friendly host on brief acquaintance, good facilities. Very handy to Rosebank, walking track. We enjoyed sitting outside on the comfy chairs under the awning and it was warm enough to eat outside.
Hot water took a long time to appear but was good once it arrived.

We liked the location and the blankets on the bed made the bed cosy
Didn't like washing dishes in the bathroom handbasin because there was no washing up sink. It didn't feel right. Would have liked to have met the host but no one visited to see if we were fine.
