Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is great and the room was lovely and spacious.

Great base for a family. Was initially given a ground floor room with windows that were blacked out off as they led onto alleyways. Really awful outlook of the room if you were to stay for a more than one night. Staff claimed hotel was fully booked but was able to book more rooms and eventually moved to a 3rd floor room. Apartment fitted with lots of tech that isn’t holding up and required several calls to maintenance. If you are more than 4 in your group spare bed costs more on arrival and since we arrived after 2100 there were no staff available to provide bedding.
Unfriendly staff, ground floor rooms on outside of hotel have no views/windows.

My second stay here and it was fabulous. Staff are excellent, rooms great, comfy beds, great facilities and close to the beach. We will be back!
It was all good, no complaints

The location, the goor room and the staff.
The room was dusty, air vents as well, the bed was not comfortable, the noise coming from the private pool mechanism in top of my head.
