A brilliant location with comfortable amenities and a great host.

The bed was huge and comfortable, the apartment felt safe and secure. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented. We really enjoyed staying here.

The bathroom was a bit small and access to the building was quite difficult as we needed to call a phone number each time, however as our eSims don’t facilitate standard phone calls, this was quite difficult.

Comfortable bed - but no wifi as advertised.

Easy entry and clear concise instructions. Apartment is in a good location for city centre. Bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. Shower was nice

NO WIFI - Which for a solo traveller new in the city is a real inconvenience. Its too expensive to use my phone data abroad so Wifi is an essential and I always check its available. This has clearly been highlighted by previous guests and remains unactioned. Hosts should really sort this out or change information as its incorrectly advertised and not fair to guests staying.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A NON SMOKER. otherwise the room is fabulous.

The room was perfect apart from absolutely smelling of stale smoke.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! Comfortable bed, isolated windows so can't hear noise from the outside. And you can walk everywhere because you are in the center of the Wien.

Superb

Amazing location. Very close to the old town but also to the bus station that takes you to the airport. Big room and clean. It had all the amenities.

The number of codes to get access could be tricky at first (pay attention to the details sent) , however, it was a convenient method as we arrived quite late and few very expensive hotels have only 24h reception.

Would recommend

Very close, walking distance to the city centre and main attractions, nice, warm and cozy. It had everything - coffee machine, water heater for tea, ironing machine, along with the classics (TV, AC, clean shower and toilet).

There was a tiny bug on the bed in the first day, but it's possible it just flew down the window (we found it open). Also, towels and sheets were not changed at all during our stay (3 nights). However trash was thrown out daily.

Per-fect!

Everything was simply perfect. Location in the city centre, air con in the room (it's super important during the summer, right!), small bakery just down the stairs, comfy beds, we got all we needed.

Was not a good choice.

Location was good.

The carpet was extremely worn-out and dirty. The bath towels and the bed pillows were only for 2 people, where our reservation was for 3 guests. The tv channels were only a few and in German language. The communication with our host was not easy. The place s not proper for family with children.

Carpet dirty, didn’t change bed sheets, didn’t remove trash from trash cans, a couple let us in

The apartment was in a very good location.

I notified the host that I was arriving late because of the plane departing late. I notified the host and I was told that it was no problem, but when we arrived I could not get into the apartment.

Ideal base for self catering and central city sight seeing

Good location, clean, and tidy. Full cooking facilities and a coffee machine. Bathroom was small but very functional. All inner city sights within 15 minutes slow walking. A supermarket avout 300 metres away. An excellent choice for a couple using public transport though there is also car park any 50 metres away

Rooms in the centre of Vienna!

Great location, comfortable bed, host very helpful and responsive!

Our room was right on top of a crowded bar so it was a bit noisy at night. Tv not working properly.
