It’s a very nice,clean and cozy house which it provide all the things we need
It’s mostly perfect. The only thing we can challenge is the parking which is comparatively narrow. Still works fine but need good instruction.

Great location - near to the sea, Sewerby Park, bus stop and pub.
Spacious and bright interior. Very comfortable bed with views of the sea.
Parking space provided.
No hairdryer provided.
Couldn’t get DVD player to work and in trying to do so then couldn’t get the TV to work. Instructions would have been helpful. Strangely there were 4 controllers (one without batteries).
We couldn’t change the heating settings.

the location
the key code given initially was wrong; the kitchen was poorly equipped; on our last night there was no available parking space; the dining table and chairs were cheap, uncomfortable and wholly inadequate
