The property was on the Riverfront close to everything.
The late staff woman at the front desk was a bit rude but the rest of the team was amazing throughout the staff. One bad apple didn’t stop the show.

Was not greeted as I entered the hotel lobby.

We were unable to enjoy breakfast as the start time was 6:30, and we had a train to catch then.
Room had a strange odor, mattress was uncomfortable (lumpy), check in experience was not good.
