The staff were excellent and extremely supportive, specifically reception staff in the late night. When my son fell seriously ill at around 2 a.m., they promptly connected us with a doctor, arranged transport, and helped us get him to the emergency department at Apollo Hospital.
The next morning, the manager and staff personally checked on him and ensured we were comfortable before our afternoon flight. The breakfast was also excellent. We truly appreciate their care, prompt assistance, and hospitality.
What I didn’t like was not the hotel’s fault. It happened to be a dry day, but when you visit a city or destination to enjoy yourself, any kind of restriction can take away from the overall experience.

Check in was good, welcome warm and friendly faces all around, made us very comfortable and felt safe. Breakfast was packed very thoughtfully. Staff were attentive friendly and caring.
The room temperature was set at colder than required. As we booked and checked in late, didn’t realise and ended up with a cold the next morning.
