This property is a great size home with 3 big bedrooms, sleeps 7. Reverse cycle AC- Heat. Fully functional kitchen.
Sit in the warmth of the combustion heater sipping on a glass of wine while taking in a sunset over the Innes National Park.
The house is suitable for couples or a family. Small quiet dogs ok, respecting neighbours and no dogs on beds. This includes the house itself shall not be left covered in dog hair.
Minimum 2 night stay.

Melaleuca Retreat is located within easy access to great beaches, Willyama beach only a 30 second walk. bushwalking, quality surf breaks and excellent fishing.
Local taverns offer great cuisine and views.
Byo firewood or buy in marion bay.
The Innes National Park requires fees which can obtained in Innes.

Outdoor shower and a second wc. Due to this area is solely on rainwater extra persons above 7 must notify owner.
Coffee maker needing pods to suit. Please look at photos for pod selection or Starbucks brand.

The kitchen facilities were excellent, oven seal was broken, so this was a minor inconvenience & owner has been notified. Beds were comfy, bathroom updated & functional. Reverse cycle air con very good. Minor issue with the TV & getting us beyond one channel. Owner contacted & he arranged a local to assist & the problem was rectified. The house notes just need updating. Very friendly people & wildlife in & around Marion Bay.

Great stay Only suggestions that would make us return A tv that works HDMI instructions don’t match - no internet Or drops out constantly Would have been nice to kick back and watch the crows playNo hose near the outside sink Padlock washing machine?Bed mattress needs replacing Otherwise happy and good for the price
