The location of the property and the garden.

The pool was unusable for most of the week as it was green and cloudy despite the owners being informed, nobody came to fix it until a water leek flooding the kitchen forced someone to come to the property and seeing the state of the pool tried to remedy the situation this was too late for us to use the pool. We think a refund of part of our payment would be appropriate as also the second bathroom was out of use for the last two days due to the water leak.
