Let's see, where to start? The room was huge. Clean. Great location. Had a rooftop terrace. Breakfast daily. And the best host we've ever had. Alessandro was amazing. Gave great tips on where to go, what to do. Very kind and informative, and makes great espresso!
The entrance. It is a large building with other tenants inside. It needs to be cleaned and updated. Elevators would be nice, but this was only an issue when lugging suitcases upon arrival and departure. And Alessandro carried my wifes luggage for her when we were leaving. The balcony is tiny, but with the rooftop it won't matter.

Easy to walk to main sites of Palermo and from train station. Friendly and helpful host. Good breakfast on rooftop terrace.
Building is in a lively area at night with accompanying noise but to be fair we were warned about this. No lift but again we were forewarned by the host about the steps (48 I think!)

Such a lovely b&b run by wonderful host Alessandro. Perfect roof top breakfast spot, large and comfortable rooms. Super clean and n excellent location.

A cozy little B&B in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, where both the most known attractions and best restaurants are just a pleasant stroll away. Alessandro, the owner, is helpful and caring and has made me feel at home.
The common area on the terrace is a nice and relaxing spot either at breakfast or to chill out in the evening.
