Lovely little break 😍

Everything! The hosts were very warm and welcoming even had a homemade loaf with butter an jam waiting for us in our penthouse,it Smelt amazing 😋 The apartment was immaculate and much bigger than expected Would definitely recommend 👌

That we had to leave earlier than planned 😒 Due to unforseen work commitments.

Great accommodation, lovely hosts, fab location. Highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite instead of the room we'd booked, at no extra cost, which was very generous of our hosts, Gaye and Roger. We spoke to Gaye on the phone and met Roger in person when we arrived - they were amazing hosts, and went out of their way to help us with an issue we had, and gave us helpful info about the local area and transport. The location is fab, with the beach at the end of the road, and only a short walk to shops and the bus into Liverpool. The accommodation itself was clean and the freshly baked loaf of bread was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend Holland House and hope to stay there again in the future.

Superb

The bread the hotel owner baked for our arrival was lovely! The little garden with a patio outside our room was nice! The walk from the hotel to/around the beach was very pleasant.

Not a big problem but the fridge in our room was a little noisy sometime during night...

I was so happy to stay there.Host very nice lady Near pubs and beautiful river and park. I was only struggling to go at the sea 20 minutes and walk up by road to house Good value of money

Exceptional

I would highly recommend going into this accommodation. The owners were very welcoming and it was such a great place to stay. The bathroom was absolutely amazing and such a great room. The buses were easy to get into Liverpool city centre.

perfect little bolt hole

The room as really lovely, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, it has a little garden with a table and chairs outside the patio doors, which was so nice to be able to have breakfast out there, Julie the manager goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Any questions we had were answered straight away and nothing is too much trouble for her, I wish everywhere we stayed had a Julie, when we are back in the area again, we will be returning and look forwards to that home made bread, thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Another enjoyable stay!

Great facilities, 2 bathrooms, excellent communication with the property manager and the home made loaf!

Problem with the heating which the property manager did try to resolve immediately

perfect for a weekend stay.

Julie was great. spot on instructions and happy to inform whenever needed. hot shower. plenty of street parking. 15mins from Morrisons, restaurants and pubs. right next to the coast walk. really enjoyed it. will stay again.

if I had to be really picky the bathroom is small but as a single traveller… that was no real issue at all.

extremely disappointed would not recommend it

The room had damp on the wall by the main door to the room just had a bed and stainless steel sink had black mould in the shower and the toilet seat was broken we arrived Thursday night and should of been leaving Sunday but we left Friday morning not happy at all

Cosy, warm, comfortable, friendly

Ideal breakfast set up - continental style in the room. Copious amounts of coffee & tea & fresh milk in our own fridge.

Everything was great, no complaints.

AN ABSOLUTE GEM 💎💎💎

Absolutely everything!!! We drove up to Holland House, there were beautiful white lights around the trees outside, already we had fallen in love with it, what a greeting!!! The gardens were immaculate ❤️ We went inside to see marmalade, jam, butter and milk in a fridge!! Fantastic touches!! We were smiling from ear to ear 😁 Our room was a gem, it was a balcony room, we looked at the balcony with table and chairs with beautiful lights in the corner that made it very romantic.... just a shame that the weather wouldn't play along! The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, nice size TV, lovely little kitchen area that sliding doors can be used to conceal it...Lynne even put a lovely fresh loaf in there!! The bathroom was spotless, heated floor tiles, lovely shower, heated towel rail, it really couldn't of been any better! Actually it can....our dogs were allowed to stay 🐾🐾 and it was situated in a great location, not far from the docks and local amenities. I don't know why I am here writing this.... I'm off back to Holland House!!!

Just the fact that my Husband had to go back to work and we couldn't stay longer.... very selfish of him!! There really isn't anything to not like it was a gorgeous house and Lynne the host was fabulous, on hand for anything you need or knowledge of the area, 10 out of 10 Lynne x

Would stay again if travelling alone for work

Lovely location, a few yards from the sea front, great views over tge Merseyside of liverpool. perfect for walks/runs/cycles. Close to pubs. Free street parking. Good size, modern bathroom.

Heating not on when I arrived and needed to ask. Owners were quick to sort and apologetic. tea/coffee area outside room, would be nice if this was in your room for privacy, although I never bumped into the occupants of the other room. Room tired, including furniture, decorating and carpet. Small room, best suited to a solo traveller - 1 chair. No table, made eating toast supplied tricky.

Prefect!

We stayed at the garden apartment for 5 nights and it was gorgeous, a beautiful gem! Great location, peaceful, very comfortable, fab parking, everything you need is there and it just feels like home. The homemade bread is the best we have ever tasted. Julie the manager was extremely helpful, excellent communication and very attentive. The flat was absolutely spotless thanks to Patsy. It's prefect and we will definitely be staying again real soon!

Enjoyable, quiet and the netflix was a superb addition

Lovely room. I booked late and thr hosts were very accommodating, the room was warm and the bed very comfortable...all in all a very nice set up

Great value for money and has everything you need. Excellent customer care.

It was a freezing cold day and snowing! Julie had everything ready for us… the heating was on and an extra blanket provided should we need it. Our room was lovely warm and cosy.. just what we needed.

The T.V was a bit difficult at times and the picture would get a bit blurry but we got there in the end and it didn’t spoil our stay.
