Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This house is next to Magazines Promenade which is a short scenic walk to new Brighton beach. This house has 3 bedrooms & 2 Receptions including a dining room with table for six. This spacious house has a separate family bathroom with bath tub and shower and a separate WC. The kitchen is separate and a cosy private garden is located to the rear of the property. Good transport links are also available to new Brighton beach, Central Park and Cherry Tree Shopping Centre.

The property was warm and had everything we needed for a few days away.
It could do with a new stair carpet and we couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work?
It came equipped with cooker, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hoover etc. The beds we found comfortable. The area was quiet.
Street parking and was on a slight incline.

All clean and tidy, property has all basic needs for a short stay.Freezer needs defrosting. Property needs a lick of paint, a bit tired.

Property is OK overall except for slight damp smell when entering. some details need fixing: Front yard is a mess. Backyard is a mess, old carpet, cigarette ends (including flower pot on window sill full of old cigarettes)Neighborhood is not the best...trash in road and general clean up required.Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with steep staircase. On the positive side, only a short walk to wonderful promenade.
