Situated in Abbotsford, this attractive house for $49 per night is a great option for your next trip. **we welcome home swaps with other hosts, if you are interested in swapping your entire home/suite for ours please contact us* We welcome you to our beautiful Abbotsford home nestled in the Sumas Prairie surrounded by agriculture and gorgeous mountain views. Fall asleep to the sound of frogs and wake up to the sound of birds. We have lots of beautiful birds that come to visit our feeders including red winged blackbirds etc. Come enjoy any season in Abbotsford. There is lots to see and do from hiking, waterfalls, country markets and so much more! We know what is is like to be a guest in someone else's home. We always appreciated the little things that made our stay more convenient and comfortable, and we want to do the same for our guests. The suite is approx 750 square feet. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child comfortably as the second bed is a queen serta air mattress. Fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need. There is a private patio space outside the front door for use. Parking is included in the driveway for up to 1 vehicles tandum. MAX 2 adults 1 child in the suite (with restrictions due to 2nd bed being a queen sorta airmattress) Guests have their own entrance to come and go as you please. You have access to the entire 1 bedroom suite and its amenities. There is a queen Serta self inflating air mattress as options for a 2nd bed. There is a private covered patio with patio furniture and a private BBQ. We have a shared trampoline and pool in the back. We also have a playpen/bassinet/highchair available upon request. The suite contains a cooler for those day trip picnics a keurig coffee machine as well as some other amenities for your convenience.

This property is just over the border. It had everything our family of four needed. So many amenities were just up the road. There are plenty of towns, east & west, to visit. This area felt very safe. Even though this property is backed up to railroad tracks, we didn't hear or feel trains coming through.

A retreat while away from home with all the at home amenities. The suite was cozy, clean bright and enjoyed during our stay. It was good to ‘come home’ every day after the events we enjoyed that day. Any minor items were immediately attended to, the request for a Slow cooker, a foldable chair, a wifi issue not caused locally but promptly attended too and brought back to availability. Thanks is such a simple word but meant sincerely for the wonderful stay and attentiveness to details. When back in Abbotsford it will definitely be the first location we will check out for availability!

We were happy to have this lovely place to stay while visiting our family over the Christmas holidays. The hosts were thoughtful enough to call us to advise of a power outage & tell us where they would leave a flashlight. As it turned out, the power was back on when we returned. They invited to drop in on a seasonal open house they were hosting and left delicious cookies for us. We would highly recommend this property for visitors to Abbotsford or the area.

My daughter was fortunate enough to stay here while doing her practicum at the hospital for 3 months. The property has every amenity you could want and more and is kept immaculate. Tina and her family are so welcoming and friendly and made her stay so fantastic as it was her first time away from home. I would highly recommend this property and can’t thank the owners enough for their kind hospitality!

We were here for a family gathering because of a sick family member. This suite was a nice retreat for our family as festivities progressed. Lots of family time. Tina and James provided lots of extras here: any condiment or supplies one would ever want, real plants, candy, treats, lots of pots, dishes etc. Comfortable beds! A home away from home. All around excellent place to stay. We stayed here for our family fishing vacation. This place is located close to everywhere we like to go. Boat launches on the Fraser River and Vedder River are both within 15 minutes with fuel and breakfast on the way. There is a tackle shop 5 minutes north as well as a Wallmart. Castle land is right there, which the kids loved, waterslides are also near by. White Rock is also not that far, which is one of our favourite places to spend the day. Don't expect a spectacular view, this place is located in a quiet, hidden neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped, has more than everything you might need (also has a full size fridge with top freezer in case you might have some salmon to freeze)This is a very nice alternative to a hotel if you like saving some money, like cooking your own meals, and want to get away from all the tourists, unwind after a long day and get a quiet nights rest. I would recommend that everyone should stay here but then I might not have a place to stay.

We loved staying at this beautiful and spotless one bedroom apartment that is entered via a separate entrance from the back yard. We arrived very late and Christina had gone the extra mile, making up the pull out bed in the living area so our girls could just pile into bed. We've stayed at a few VRBOs and this kitchen was the best stocked, including lots of condiments and other basics. It was near Costco and very convenient for US border and the #1. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

We have stayed in 4 different rentals during our vacation and this was by far the best one. It was spotless, comfortable and practical. It had everything we needed and more for our 2 night stay with the kids. The Evans family went above and beyond to make this stay wonderful for us. Christina had excellent recommendations for shopping and dining as my husbands bag was lost at the airport and we had to buy new clothes. We also eloped on the second night and went to a fantastic bistro she named. I would recommend this rental to anyone. There isn't a single thing I would change about it. It was perfect. Thank you Evans family for making our stay and elopement so memorable. We hope to see you again.
