Wonderful staff Liana and Tara were supportive , helpful and full of information for my friend and myself. They made the stay even better with places to eat and visit.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast was brilliant you could choose what you liked. Excellent choices for breakfast.

No faults. Comfortable clean and pleasant.

Loved the location , beautifully clean crisp cotton bedding , white towels in bathroom was perfect bathroom was extremely clean the bedroom it’s self was a nice size with television and tea facilities . Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice cooked breakfast was delicious.

Firstly this is a well kept property everything is spotless staff are attentive . I would just like to give some feedback on the bathroom window which was open when we arrived unfortunately we closed it in the evening but we couldn’t open it again in the morning this was the case the rest of our stay . I did struggle trying to get some sleep with car noise either from the car park or from the back or side of the property this was difficult for while which made me restless also noise from outside the bedroom maybe other guests back and fourth sadly this was on both nights of our it did eventually settle down . So sorry I have to mention the light outside the bedroom door it shone through the sides of the door and also at the bottom of the door I put my small case along the bottom of the door to try block out the light . Blind fell down slightly when trying to pull cord to lower blind . Please don’t take this negatively we still enjoyed the two day break we came back to the Cotswolds for a rest we are busy mums and a grandmother we work hard and love Bourton on the water .

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. No milk in the fridge.
