Excellent location, about 10-12min walking to train station. Spacious flat, two rooms, fridge, hob, microwave, tv and nice set up dining/living rooms, and one and a half bathrooms, as one with shower and one without. Nice to have light entering the flat in both sides.
There is a narrow long stairs at the entrance of the building that leads to the lift that we were not counting, as we had a big luggage and a pram. Even though the entire flat is all refurbished, the shower is not looking clean already, the shower head was all mouldy and other places on the shower were also black mouldy too.

We arrived in Girona before the apartment was available for check-in, but we were able to leave our luggage at the company office, which we really appreciated as it allowed us to start exploring the city straight away.
The apartment was extremely spacious and perfectly located in the heart of Girona, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy walking distance. We particularly appreciated the layout of the flat and the generous living space, which comfortably accommodated the three of us. The balcony was also a lovely feature, and we enjoyed spending time there in the evenings. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located base for our stay in Girona.
The only minor drawback was access to the apartment. To reach the lift, guests first need to climb a flight of stairs, which meant we had to carry our suitcases up before we could use the elevator. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it may be worth noting for guests with heavy luggage.

We zijn er te lang gebleven, waardoor ergerissen zich opstapelden. Op zich een mooi appartement. Tot je verder kijkt. Het appartement was bij aankomst niet gepoetst. De receptie heeft dit wel snel geregeld, dikke pluim voor de goede en snelle acties. Maar we moesten nog 1,5u wachten voor we binnen konden. Het was 35 graden buiten, we waren moe en hadden dorst en honger. Hierdoor een extra rekening op dag 1 ipv boodschappen doen en in de airco zitten. We kregen wel een late check-out ter compensatie. Schimmel in de douchekop, dit werd na melding wel aangepakt. Schimmel in de wasmachine. Schimmel in de airco. Hier had ik geen zin meer om het te melden. De airco in de kinderkamer werkte niet goed. De vloer ligt hellend, het laminaat sluit niet aan. Waardoor de vloer onder je voeten beweegt. Na het poetsen nog veel stof onder de bedden. De ochtend van onze zerste nacht stond de poestsame plots in de keuken. Gemist van appartement, kan gebeuren maar hierdoor sliepen we iedere nacht met eennoog open. We bleven waken of er nog bezoekers zouden komen. De oven was geen combi-oven maar microgolf met grilfunctie. Kabels hangen onder de tv. Terras is zeer klein en ruikt naar de vuilbakken van het restaurant beneden. De toegangsdeur slaat hard dicht waardoor je de hele nacht gebonk hoort als iemand het gebouw verlaat. De bedden zijn op, helemaal doorgelegen. Om je vuilbakken weg te doen moet je een app downloaden, de kaart meenemen, batchen, je locatie doorgeven, de code van je kaart... veel gedoe voor een vuilbak.
