La ubicación es estupenda, la terraza frente a la marina, rodeado de establecimientos de restauración, piscinas, la playa al lado. La limpieza del apartamento perfecta así como todas las comodidades en el mismo para el día a día.
Quizás el entorno, las zonas comunes se ven un poco "dejadas" si bien nada imputable al anfitrión. Nosotros habíamos estado antes ya, hacía años que no íbamos y recordábamos la zona central que había una recepción y salones para estar. Eso se ve que lo están reformando y se ve un poco más feo de cuando habíamos estado antes pero vamos, lo comentado, nada imputable al anfitrión ni al propia apartamento.

Die Lage direkt am Hafen hat etwas......jeden Tag ein trubeliges Gewusel von Menschen, also immer bei herrlichem Ausblick auf die Felsen und das Meer. Es wird nicht langweilig! Die Spanier sind in der Regel recht freundlich und man bekommt auch schnell Kontakt. Das hat uns für Dinge, die nicht so positiv waren, entschädigt. Es sind fußläufig einige gute Restaurants, kleinere Geschäfte und Supermärkte erreichbar. Die Meeresbrise tut ein übriges. Einer unserer häufigsten Anlaufstellen war Rafas Bar. Egal was man braucht oder anfragt ......da wird einem geholfen und zwar pronto. KAFFEE etc immer lecker und frisch zubereitet.
Die vielen Autos! Jeder glaubt, hier mit einem Auto anfahren zu müssen!
Die Wohnung in der ersten Baureihe, über 40 Jahre alt und dementsprechend. Wir hatten massive Probleme mit einer kaputten Therme und nicht vorhandenem Ablauf. Das hat sich dann aber nach 6 Wochen und einigem Hantier und eigenem Einsatz doch geklärt. Die Küche ist uralt,klebrig und im Grunde, zumindest wenn man kochen möchte, unbrauchbar. Durchgebrannte Töpfe und Pfannen, der Backofen wird über 3 Schalter in Gang gebracht und nur mit viel Geduld heiss. Kühlschrank total vereist. Man sollte sich zu behelfen wissen. Für Sauberkeit hat jeder seine Version......und putzen ist ja, zumindest für uns, keine grosse Sache. Sonne auf dem Balkon erst am späten Nachmitttag( Januar/Februar halt) mit völlig maroden Möbeln.
Es war Urlaub und nicht zu Hause, deshalb ok.
