Location was amazing, right in the surfers paradise hub
Pick up for keys at a different location so we were walking a block or two with our bags, but there were plenty of instructions about that prior

Location. Cleanliness, Facilities. View. Balcony.
The lifts. They are really slow. There were only 2 of the 3 lifts working while we were there, which made it worse.

Location, beds very comfortable, spa bath excellent, TVs were good, comfortable lounge, views good.
Lack of cleanliness, broken fixtures eg- pantry door, main showers musty smell, wet smelly mop left in laundry, no extra rubbish bags, lack of bowls to use in the microwave.
No notifications about air show and unable to drive to car park due to road closures. Garbage room was completely over run with recycling. Only 2 lifts working creating long waits.
