The location was fantastic. Very close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The swimming pools, spa and gymnasium were great. We had great views from our apartment.
We were warned, but there was very little in the way of toiletries and toilet paper. We were told that we could park anywhere, but it wasn't specified that parking for Soul guests was on level B3, which was a bit confusing when we first arrived.

The size of the apartment was fantastic, great location and was good to have plenty of cooking utensils so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. Plenty of appliances too.
Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. The main surfaces like benches, table tops, bedside tables, coffee table were clean as well as crockery and cooking things. But within an hour of being there our feet were so dirty from the floors that I had to vacuum and mop them. The bathrooms had lots of mould I actually went and bought a bathroom spray to remove it so my family weren’t in contact with it. Lots of dirt and grime around power points, light switches, skirting boards, and all the smaller less noticeable areas. The couch was also disgusting and way too small for the amount of people potentially staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. We couldn’t all sit together comfortably unfortunately. Some cupboard doors in the bathroom also very loose and close to coming off. Overall it’s a good place to stay but just needs a really thorough clean and a couple of upgrades. Would happily stay again if these were addressed.
