The breakfest was excelent, many options for food.
The reception shall provide more touristic information for the attractions nearby town, especially for the objectives located in the mountains.

The complex is well located, but the area is quite noisy.
The food offered in the restaurant has a good quality/price ratio, but still a price above the average of the area.
On weekends, the hotel's clients fight over the parking spaces with the swimming pool's clients who are not staying here. Normally, the hotel should reserve, upon request, parking spaces for the hotel's customers at the time of booking the stay.
During the weekend, if you want to check-out in the morning until 9 o'clock, you have to stand in the same queue with those who want to enter the pool, although there are 2 people at the reception. As a rule, there is a distribution of tasks: one person checks out and another takes care of the customers who want to go to the pool.

Nice clean air
The room we stayed was not clean. In the bathroom, you can see dirt, mold and other things. The sink was dirty and the toilet…..better to avoid it. The cleaning service is horrible, they just take the trash, not even clean the sink!?!!!
The restaurant service is bad, really bad. Had to ask 4 times to clean the table and this meant just to take the used dishes from the table. The table was dirty and they didn’t clean it.
No air conditioning in the room, at 23:00 in the room were 32 degree.
The pillow gave me neck problems.
At the water park, the water inside, was dirty 3 days out of 3, with a smell of piss all the time. Outside it is a bit cleaner but not by far.
The personal is at most ok, but not professionals.
