Sin duda alguna la ubicaciรณn. Es excelente, cerca de la playa y de innumerables locales de gastronomรญa, compras, parada de taxis. En el apartamento cabe destacar la cama que la encontramos super cรณmoda, la televisiรณn y el aire acondicionado aunque no lo utilizamos durante nuestra estancia por la buena temperatura reinante. Tambiรฉn tiene รบtiles de playa y se agradeciรณ la botella de agua en el frigorรญfico a nuestra llegada.
Quizรกs el sofรก podrรญa ser un poco mas cรณmodo, por decir algo.

Un apartamento muy limpio y cรณmodo, con todas las cosas necesarias, microondas, lavadora, secadora, aire acondicionado...Muy buena ubicaciรณn. Y los dueรฑos muy atentos para cualquier duda. Un diez!
No hay aparcamiento en la calle cerca, pero se resuelve con parking de pago que si hay varios muy cerca.

La proximitรฉ de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants.
Un point positif : le canapรฉ inconfortable de 2022 a รฉtรฉ changรฉ lors de notre sรฉjour.
Mรชme si nous le savions (premier sรฉjour 2022) l'appartement reste trรจs sonore : bruits extรฉrieurs et intรฉrieurs importants, immeuble en construction ร cรดtรฉ.
Par rapport ร 2022, le mรฉnage est nettement plus superficiel : poussiรจre importante stockรฉe ร la tรชte de lit. Sur un sรฉjour de 3 semaines refus d'1 intervention mรฉnage sauf si paiement supplรฉmentaire.
Par rapport ร 2022, l'รฉquipement douche pose problรจme : fuite d'eau continuelle sur le sol car bac ร douche pas รฉtanche, petits vers qui prolifรจrent entre le bac ร douche et les parois (vidรฉo et photo ร disposition).
