Tranquil setting in Tuscany not far from main cities with air conditioning.
Andres was wonderful but the rest of the family makes it feel like you are unwelcome and they don’t want you there which is interesting when you are paying for a stay.

There was nothing we didn't like. Would have preferred more/fuller pillows.
It is worth noting (but not a criticism) it is secluded up a steepish single car width track.

We stayed in the Monnalisa apartment upstairs in the farmhouse. Check-in was very easy, the host was responsive by message and everything was very clean. The beds were large and comfortable, the travel cot was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the WiFi was good. Beach towels were provided, which we hadn’t expected, so it would be helpful to add this to the listing as we brought our own unnecessarily.
The location was very good for Le Filigare, where we attended a wedding, which was the main reason we chose this property.
Bad: Several advertised amenities were missing, including a washing machine, coffee maker and highchair, which was particularly disappointing when travelling with a baby. There was only one toilet roll for five adults and very few consumables. There were just enough plates and bowls for everyone to eat at once, but not enough baking trays, no oven glove, and no clothes storage for sofa-bed guests. The sofa-bed pillows were also very flat.
There is no AC in the living area/kitchen, making the sofa bed very hot; at least a better/additional fan is needed, ideally another AC unit. The lounge also needs curtains and the apartment would benefit from more lamps. Several maintenance/safety issues included an unsafe kettle which continued boiling until unplugged and caused me to burn my hand, an iron leaking water down the electrical lead, faulty sockets, two people getting locked in the bathroom, a noisy/poorly closing fridge, fluctuating shower temperature, and a dishwasher too small for the plates provided. Some travel adapters also didn’t work.
The pool was slightly murky, had no depth signs and the swimming-cap requirement wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Other guests left inflatables in the pool, which nearly caused a drowning incident when I slipped into the deeper section while holding my baby and couldn’t reach the side. Windows couldn’t be opened because of mosquitoes and insects, so window screens and mosquito nets are needed for the beds and cot. There were also geckos in the living room which didn’t bother the majority of us but worth a mention. Bin information was outdated/unclear, the listing photos mixed the upstairs and downstairs apartments, and a promised fix for noisy chairs wasn’t carried out. Previous reviews mention home-cooked meals, wine tasting and local guidance, but we weren’t offered any of these and only saw one owner, who said they were going to clean the pool.
