Excellent location, Mark and Grace friendly. Helpful and informative, room comfortable and clean , good safe parking at back of property, overall a great place to stay for the lakes, thank you

Couple of minutes walk into Bowness so really handy to have onsite parking. Lovely town to explore would recommend the walk to Brant Fell viewpoint. Lots of restaurants within 10 mins walk also 2 small supermarkets.

Location, clean and comfortable, and the host is very nice.
No fridge nor hair dryer.

Quiet area.
Comfy bed.
Advertised as deluxe room but was anything but deluxe.
No hot food allowed in the room, if I knew that up front I wouldn’t have booked it.
