The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The towel rack fell off the wall and a light blew whilst we were there and even though I wasn't expecting it to be sort for a few days they managed to have someone there within the hour to fix it all. Exceptional customer service. The ocean view from our room was sensational and the appartment was way bigger than we were expecting. The facilities of the tower are great and the shops and restaurants below are super convenient. The beach is close, Sea world is a short drive as it the rock pools and parks near Australia Fair. The other theme parks are only a 30 minute drive.
The only things I didn't like is out of the property's controll like noisy street racing cars and motor bikes in the evening usually followed by police sirens and on the weekends lots of yelling and wooing for the beach clubs around the area. I could drown most of it out with ear plugs and the kids music/whit noise machines. The appartment was child friendly for the most part we did have to buy plastic plates and cups etc for them and some oven trays as there was only the drip tray in the oven. The oven is also not safety glass so you need to be careful whilst using especially with kids around I'm just glad I was the one whom burnt the back of my hand opening the door, when I briefly brushed past the door when opening using the handle.

This property could not be in a better location. If you have young kids who need to have naps during the day the location is perfect. So close to everything you need so you don’t mind coming back and forth from the apartment.

The location in the middle of Surfers. Great swimming pools with bbq facilities.
On exciting the lift the hallway absolutely wreaked of rotten garbage. The same smell came into our appartment through a vent. There was really bad staining on the hall way carpet - looked like it had been there for years. Not the best first impression of our accommodation! We mentioned it to staff and they said they would get someone to investigate. Nothing was done and on reading reviews on booking.com it was clear that the smell has been and is an ongoing problem. Apartment decor old and tired furniture and chipped paintwork. Owners and building services clearly don’t want to spend money on repairs and ongoing maintenance.
