We had a great time! The condo is perfect access to and from the slopes, dining and shopping in Keystone. It was perfect for our family of 4!!!

Everything about the property was amazing. Great location, clean, well-stocked and bunk beds were perfect for our 3 children.

Great property. Clean and updated! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Right in the heart of the village and quick walk to gondola.

The condo was as pictured and fit our family of 5. I know it says it can sleep 8 but it would be very crowded. The condo was in a great location. The check-in process was a bit confusing and was told that we couldn't check in an hour early due to covid cleaning protocols, however I didn't feel the condo was that clean. The shower curtain liners are very old and smell like mildew and the dishwasher had smelly water in the bottom which when looking at the dishes they all looked they had some film on them so ended up needing to wash all dishes we planned on using by hand before using them. After we did some troubleshooting and cleaned the dishwasher filter the dishwasher worked much better for the rest of our stay.

It was just a quick trip to go fishing and hiking with the fam. Keystone Resort was having a little farmers market kind of event which made it even more fun for the kids. Always fun to get away to the mountains! Great place to stay!!! 10/10!

They've done a nice job remodelling but the unit is so filled with excess furniture there is little room for a family of 5. Says it sleeps 8 but you would need to keep items on the deck. The Ski locker only fits 4 sets. THere is no grate on the bottom so your extra skis will sit in water. No key to the ski locker all week despite requesting it for 4 days in a row. We stored our skis in our vehicle in the garage which was a hassle. Tired of doing that by the last day we paid for overnight ski storage at the gondola for $50. No kitchen towels or hot pads but a lot of stuff in the kitchen. You are definitely staying in someone personal condo. Carpet in the master has plastic crunching noise. FYI - The shower and vanity is in the master bedroom, only a door on the toilet. We reported the issues during the stay but weren't resolved until the day we left.

Property was perfect for our group and was nicely stocked with everything we needed.

Great apartment overall. Ideally for up to 5-6 people at most; any more and it would get cramped. The property managers over email ensured me that the sofa-bed would be prepared but it was not when we arrived. Somewhat complicated check-in process if you haven't done something like it before (finding and unlocking the lock-box). Also, more space in the ski locker is necessary to accommodate 8 people's skis, as well as a second parking spot, since 8 people are in all likelihood going to have more than 1 car.

Your emailed instructions were not clear at all. After many phone calls entered the condo. Blood looking stuff on oven handle, oven locked so had to use a butter knife to unlock it. Second bath had something gross on the wall. Something gross on the floor of the master bathroom under locked cabinets. The bunk beds were totally uncomfortable. You requested all linens removed. We are paying a lot for nice and we are not maids. After removing linens on one bed a child’s sock was found.. So gross especially because of COVID. My niece slept on top of a child’s dirty sock. So the sheets were dirty when she slept on the bed? The floor trim is so dirty thru out and the deck covered with weeds. I’ve never used VBRO at River Run. I will never rent a VBRO again at Keystone. Our experience was ruined by a super unclean and unsafe condo.

Amazing unit/location, horrible experience with management company.
It is unfortunate that such a great place only receives 3 stars, but it is in hopes that the management company will improve. I feel very sorry for the property owners who are paying out of pocket for this “management service”.
1. We were literally unable to access the building upon arrival. After spending time making sense of the instructions, we found the area with lock boxes which hold key cards to access the building. The lock boxes are NOT in any kind of order, so we stood there flipping 50-100 boxes to find the number that applied to our room (our number was not even clear per the email correspondence sent pre-arrival). First bad sign. Second, we find our box after 10 minutes and the lock box is OPEN with nothing in it. My husband and I looked at each other, now what? It was 4:40pm, 20 minutes before management company closes. Multiple calls and no answer. I tried the emergency extension, thankfully someone answered. They gave me another code to an “emergency box”, but it seemed like they were not surprised and I am afraid it happens often. The lady said to use that card to get in, and lock it right back into the “emergency” box; as there will be extra key cards sitting in our room. We finally make it to the room, of course there is no key card there. I let the property managers know there was nothing in sight, she said, “it should be hanging on a lanyard by the door”. They were not. She did not even attempt to help us. We had to keep the emergency card for our whole stay though we were told not to, we had no other way to access the building.
2. The instructions to access the parking sent via email need to be updated. They are confusing and not concise. We had to read the instructions 10 times to attempt to make sense of it..to no avail. The instructions said there is a parking tag to fill out in the welcome binder, of course there was not. Property Management said “it should be there”. We stayed four days and we left still not understanding where we were supposed to park.
Advice to management: instead of only telling us how things SHOULD be, tell us what to do when they are NOT that way!
3. There were kids’ handprints all over the sliding glass door. It made me wonder about much attention to detail was put into cleaning the rest of the unit.
4. We did not have hot water the entire stay. We tried everything. The water was Luke warm so it was manageable.

Great Location
Can't get much closer to the lifts than this. Good layout to the condo so did not feel cramped. Nice place
One issue was that one of the elevators was out, and seemed to have been out for some time. Mgmt. also turned off the water for an hour or so w/o giving proper notice (put up signs then changed the date on the sign w/o notice). Not a big deal, but certainly not necessary.
Would stay again.

Great Stay in Keystone
The property was just as advertised - it was in a great location just a short walk to the ski lift and to the restaurants and shops in River Run Village. When we return to Keystone, I’ll definitely be sure to see if this unit is available.

Really enjoyed our stay!
Our family stayed here for 2 nights while on a skiing getaway. It was a great location as we could walk to everything. It was well stocked with kitchen pantry items as well as blow dryers and toiletries. Would stay again! Loved the heated parking.
Wished it was an earlier check in and later checkout but overall it was great!

Great condo for our family!
Other than the issue we had checking in we had a great stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient. We did have some really noisy neighbors across the hall who did not quiet down after 10:00pm like they were supposed to, and one of the elevators was out of order during our stay which made for long lines and waits at the elevator. Overall we were happy with our experience and would stay here again.
