This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features high-end finishes throughout and private laundry. The living area has a large flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and an Ultra HD Blu-ray player. There are travertine floors and beautiful slope views from the windows. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a queen-sized Murphy bed on our Ivory White Bedding program that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers beautiful slope views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and travertine floors. The dining area comfortably seats six people around a beautiful custom built walnut table. There are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms feature granite countertops, beautiful fixtures and travertine floors. All are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer off the dining area, and detergent is provided for your convenience. The first master suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The second master suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. Fantastic location, great unit, everything was perfect...except, the construction noise (not the fault of the management/owner). The equipment was right outside our unit and started as early as 5:30 am. I believe the construction will end summer of 2024? I would still go back, just plan for some noise until then.

The condo is clean and spacious. The 3rd full bathroom and murphy bed made the stay comfortable for the adults and kids. The unit is steps away from the elevator which takes you directly to the garage and ski locker room opening to the driveway. From there you will have a 5 min walk around the construction site between the Springs and the gondola. The access is still good, but the view is gone an a slightly longer walk. Kids loved the pool and hottubs. Kitchen is stocked well, beds are soft and the linens were plush.

The property was very clean, well stocked and lovely. All of the beds were comfy and my girls loved the murphy bed. Communication with management was great. We only had a couple of trip blips: construction right outside the window at 7:30 am on vacation was kind of annoying. And a big reason we chose The Springs was because of the pool with the slide (we have 2 kids), but the slide was out of order our whole stay and the pool and one of the hot tubs were closed 2 of the days. Neither of these blips were the owner's fault and didn't ruin our stay by any means. We loved the area and River Run Village and will be back!

Clean, comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay here. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook our own meals. We enjoyed the hot tubs and pool every night. Beds were comfortable. We had a problem with the kitchen sink and the pipe leaking but they took care of the issue promptly. There was some confusion in which number to call for the maintenance issue, but we figured it out. There was also a pillow in our closet with quite a bit of blood on it. I called about it right away, no one came to take it out of our room. We didn’t need it but it was something you don’t want to see. Also, felt as if the room could use some deep cleaning by way of wiping down doors and the outside of the kitchen cupboards. Overall though it was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location to walk to the Keystone Gondola, enjoy the mountain and the Village. We came for a weekend ski blitz trip (“SnowBlitz”) as we got 8 inches of fresh snow between Friday and Saturday keeping ski conditions very good.
The Murphy bed was comfortable, super easy to use and each of the three restrooms are full size bathrooms. These were super convenient as we finished up a day and ready for a good hot shower.
I’m bringing my family back in the Spring pretty well sums it up!

The place was very clean and nice. It would have been nice if the construction right in front of the hotel was mentioned. The Wi-Fi did not work well and the TV volume was broken.

The kiddos really enjoyed the pool but one day no pool towels were present.Check-in was a little confusing; only because we arrived 30 minutes early and there was no key. Beautiful condo,great convenient location,walked to everything in Keystone. Very clean. One correction though, one king bed and one queen.Loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. We used the large gas grill at the pool two evenings for dinner.Only thing could have been better was the water was turned off from 10 am to 2pm on the 3rd day in our building. Didn't have hot water for showers until the next night. Other than the water problem our stay was perfect.

Our family had a great stay at Keystone. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, gym and billiards table. We also enjoyed all the activities offered in Keystone. Property is very close to Loveland pass and 20 mins away from Frisco and Dillon. Our only minor complaint is that the property doesn't have an AC unit, however it does have portable fans and opening the windows allowed a cool breeze to circulate. Everything else allowed us to have a perfect vacation.

Our family travels quite a bit for ski racing and we had a race at Keystone this past weekend so we decided to stay at the springs. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The unit is upgraded compared to many and the kitchen has real frying pans (non-stick and heavy!) and a well stocked appliance list. The third bathroom and Murphy bed were awesome! The Sorings location is unmatched to the River Run gondola and to shops and restaurants! The pool and fitness facilities are wonderful too!

Location of Springs is very convenient to ski lift, restaurants, and shopping. There was plenty of space for four people. The play room off the lobby was enjoyed very much by our six-year old. We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was very easy and the condo was clean and ready when we got there. Only complaint was it was kind of stuffy. Not a lot of air movement. Loved the king beds - very comfortable. The recliners in the living room were amazing. Would love to know the brand of them. Let me know if you can. One improvement I would ask for is ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Visited a similar condo in the same building that had them and the bedrooms were much cooler. Loved having in-unit laundry. Ski locker in the parking garage was an added bonus and fit a lot of gear. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the slopes, was fun to sit and watch skiers throughout the day. Keyless entry (coded keypad) was nice as family could come and go all day while skiing without worrying who had the key. Highly recommend this condo and we would stay again if ever in the area.
