Het hotel is gevestigd in een prachtig gebouw. 130 jaar oud, koloniale stijl. De kamers zijn ruim, sfeervol en authentiek. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kunt er perfect ontbijten, lunchen en dineren als je wil. De locatie is fantastisch. Op korte afstand van Mall Road. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen! Locatie is hier enorm belangrijk omdat naar het hart van Mussoorie reizen geen eenvoudige opgave is, zeker niet tijdens de moesson.
Ik heb eigenlijk geen negatieve punten. Het is een oud gebouw en het is, zeker tijdens moesson, enorm vochtig. Maar daar krijg je sfeer en authenticiteit voor terug.

What I liked most about Raghu Vilas was its peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained property, and warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay very relaxing. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The overall ambience, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Raghu Vilas to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There wasn't anything I particularly disliked about the property. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be adding a few more recreational amenities or enhancing the variety of dining options, but these were only minor points and did not affect my overall experience.

The way they preserved the heritage and maintained its essence. It was like stepping into another era. It really kept the experience alive.

Food was really delicious and not expensive. Location was wonderful, walkable to Mall road. Breathtaking views from the open areas and few room. Kids enjoyed the place as there was a cute little Varandha for them to have fun which was shaded. And a great location to take ton of pics and selfies, esp during sunset. Rooms were extremely large and spacious for family retreat. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Rooms were hot and fan could be provided. Booking.com did not do a good job explaining the room capacity and I ended up booking 2 extra rooms because of that.
