Wonderful stay in Split

Very cozy apartment at two minutes walking distance from city center and Diocletian palace, Ivana one of the most lovely host I've ever meet (wine, beer, juice and chocolates were waiting for us and she also bought more "tupperwares" just for me 🥺) and she also speaks perfect italian. Tiny kitchen but fully equipped, A/C very performant also in sleep mode, place very calm in internal court without direct access to the street. Totally recommended

Exceptional

Me and my friend can’t be more happy whit our stay in split. Kimmy was super nice and welcoming. It was a 10 min walk to the “city” and 20 min to the water. And Kimmy has outstanding air conditioning 😉

The kitchen could me more equipment. ☺️

Superb

The apartment is located just 3-5 minutes from the city centre. Air-con system is very good and efficient. The district is safe. The room is very clean and comfortable. The host Ivana speaks English very well, she was very nice and allowed me to stay longer after my check-out time.

Stay at Apartment Kimmy

We loved Apartment because of its central location and convenience. The place was exceptionally clean to a point where I actually felt it was cleaner than any hotel room I've stayed in before. The apartment is small but it looks just like the pictures and we didn't need any more than that for our stay in Split. We shared this as a couple and there was plenty of space for both of us. The host Ivana is the sweetest and kindest person you'll ever meet and if you had any requests she replied immediately. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as 5 minute walk to the Marina. I could not recommend the apartment enough. We would for sure stay there again if we visit Split in the future. Thank You for having us.
