Excellent location right on the V & A waterfront, loved the family room with bunks. Definitely go for the table Mountain View rooms if you get chance. The rooftop bar has amazing views also.

The location is good and the rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size.
For the price you pay you would expect to get free parking. The reception area is like a train station, absolutely chaotic. The staff have to shout at you across a ridiculous counter with self check-in tablets that no-one uses. Breakfast is very expensive and you can't just have a simple breakfast, you must get the full buffet.
