We got an upgrade on arrival and the room was very spacious and clean. Team were friendly.
The room was a little cold (need some soft furnishings and a rug would have made it more comfortable. The location/ entry was strange as we were right by a train track and no idea how you cross that to get to the actual waterfront...

The welcoming staff at reception Miso, Mershannon, Genevive, Nkaviso and the breakfast team including Mande and Tiger were always smiley and so helpful. They attended to us whenever needed, even the porters including the always energetic young guy (can't remember his name - still on probation), the so knowledgeable Abraham (driver to and from V&A) services were second to none. You are all assets to the hotel and keep the level up.
Possibly the journey to the V&A is not that easy but the shuttle services do help. Also some entertainment in the evening would have been a plus.
